ANY PERSON MAY FREELY AND WITHOUT CHARGE CREATE A CLIENT ACCOUNT THROUGH THE "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" SECTION.
THE ACCOUNT CREATION IS DONE BY FILLING OUT A FORM PROVIDED TO THE SITE USER.
THE ACCOUNT IS STRICTLY PERSONAL AND ALLOWS THE USER TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES BEFORE VALIDATING EACH ORDER.

LOGIN DETAILS AND PASSWORDS ARE PERSONAL AND CONFIDENTIAL. WHILE MADAME BADASS TAKES ALL NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT CLIENT DATA, CLIENTS MUST KEEP THEIR PASSWORD SECRET AND NOT SHARE IT.
IN CASE OF SUSPICION THAT A THIRD PARTY IS USING THE LOGIN OR PASSWORD, THE CLIENT MUST IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY MADAME BADASS TO CHANGE THE PASSWORD OR CLOSE THE ACCOUNT.
MADAME BADASS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CLOSE ANY CLIENT ACCOUNT AND REFUSE ANY FUTURE SALES IN THE EVENT OF NON-PAYMENT FOR ONE OR MORE PRIOR ORDERS.
IN SUCH CASES, MADAME BADASS WILL SEND AN EMAIL TO THE CLIENT INFORMING THEM OF THE DEACTIVATION OF THEIR LOGIN AND PASSWORD AND THE CLOSURE OF THEIR ACCOUNT, GRANTING AN EIGHT (8) DAY NOTICE PERIOD FOR ANY RESPONSE.
CLIENTS MAY ALSO REQUEST ACCOUNT CLOSURE AT ANY TIME BY EMAIL.

MADAME BADASS GUARANTEES DELIVERY WITHIN 30 CALENDAR DAYS FROM ORDER DATE.
IN CASE OF DELAY, CLIENTS MAY REQUEST DELIVERY WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME. IF NOT MET, THEY MAY CANCEL THE ORDER AND REQUEST A REFUND.
IF THE ORDER IS CANCELED, REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 14 DAYS. CUSTOM OR ALTERED ITEMS MAY TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 2 MONTHS DUE TO LOCAL ARTISANAL PRODUCTION.
DELIVERY IS DEEMED COMPLETE UPON AVAILABILITY CONFIRMED BY THE CARRIER.

IF THE CUSTOMER USES THIS OPTION, MADAME BADASS WILL IMMEDIATELY SEND AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF THE WITHDRAWAL BY EMAIL.
AFTER NOTIFYING MADAME BADASS OF THE WITHDRAWAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS, THE CUSTOMER MUST RETURN THE ITEM(S) WITHIN A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 14 DAYS FROM THIS NOTIFICATION. THIS DEADLINE IS CONSIDERED MET IF THE CUSTOMER RETURNS THE ITEM(S) BEFORE THE 14-DAY PERIOD EXPIRES.

ONCE THE RETURNED ITEM(S) HAVE BEEN CHECKED, MADAME BADASS COMMITS TO REFUNDING THE CUSTOMER AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE FOLLOWING THE WITHDRAWAL NOTIFICATION. IF THE ITEM(S) OR PROOF OF SHIPMENT ARE NOT RECEIVED WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME, MADAME BADASS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DELAY THE REFUND UNTIL THE ITEM(S) ARE RECEIVED OR PROOF OF SHIPMENT IS PROVIDED.
ALL AMOUNTS PAID FOR THE ITEM(S), INCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS, WILL BE REFUNDED (EXCEPT FOR ADDITIONAL COSTS RESULTING FROM THE CUSTOMER’S CHOICE OF A DELIVERY METHOD OTHER THAN THE STANDARD OPTION OFFERED BY MADAME BADASS), TO THE SAME BANK ACCOUNT, PAYPAL, OR PAYMENT METHOD USED FOR THE ORIGINAL ORDER.
